The latest approach in education was online learning which had a better effect on the learners. Learners faced problems at the starting point but later on, they adopted the technology and developed greater efficiency in the process. This concludes that the learner has better interaction with the technologies. Moreover, a creative outlet for improving the problem-solving skills can be created with the help of the Art education. Thinking out of box and Exploring new and unconventional areas can be learned by the students by the application of media art and creative learning. Some of the aspects such as emotions, space and time can be learned by the application of this media art learning which cannot be taught properly in the classroom activities. Proper learning and application of the creative learning and media art can communicate appropriate information, makes social statement and helps shaping out the daily lives appropriately.

Methodological outline for research

An education institute was selected in the month of March and 6 weeks of training were provided with proper resources and it was conducted in three sections. The first section consisting of 20 learners was provided with the latest technologies and with a proper visualising process. They were from class 10. The next class was of 20 students and was provided with traditional technology they were also studying in the same class. The last batch of class 10 containing 20 learners was provided with their general academics and no art class.

The research methods are conducted in a collective case or single for investigating purposes. The case study is based on explanatory and descriptive research methods for deep analysis for analysing the core values. An advantage of using a case study design is that the reader often identifies with the case or phenomena, as well as the participants in the study. It relates well with action research. Mixed research qualitative and quantitative are providing an effective finding according to the research analysis

The sample was collected by every class by analysing the knowledge of the learners at the end of every training session. The three batches were noticed and questioned according to the topic they were taught or visualised.

"Questionnaires were one of the best tools in this study to gather large amounts of information from sizable sample volumes. These tools were particularly effective for measuring subject behaviour, pReferences, intentions, attitudes and opinions".

The observation was done by asking questions at the end of the session the best observation for the research process. Effective methods were used to collect data from the students but it was not essential for collecting data.

Summary assessments were provided at the end of the session. every learner did not participate but major of the learners participated and provided effective answers for data collection.

Work samples: the learners in the different sections have provided a proper outcome as different sections have provided different results. They gave an idea by the sample of work provided to the learner

Questionnaires: The feedback was received by the learners who get to know that the learners are curious about the latest technologies and facing the question or task bravely.

Observation: data collection was conducted by analysing the learners of different sections.

Tests (Summative assessment): summative assessment gave better assistance in analysing the learner's creativity and innovation.

Background To Inquiry Practice And Aim

Media art is for creative people and needs effective innovation in technology for innovating the art. Youngster has their hands on to technology and so media art will also use technology and learners will have a better approach to technology in an effective manner. Media art will develop great learning activities and develop innovative ideas. “Information is shifting from print to imagery…and the shift…is affecting deeply how we see our world, how we think about it, and how we solve its problems”(Mn.gov, 2022).The new age technologies have a great approach in the new generation. So it can be implemented in secondary education to enhance the ability of the learners.

Different tests were conducted by the researcher and found that the learners were having the urge to gain knowledge regarding media art as it is attractive. The response was also captured as well a test was conducted and it was observed that the learners are eager to gain knowledge.

According to the research the learner needs to have an effective media art facility in the secondary education facility as it has been observed that the learner is able to solve problems effectively in different methods. They were able to solve the tough question in a few seconds as they were eager to know about the technology and had an effective knowledge-grabbing ability.

Practitioner inquiry provides preservice techniques and tools that challenge previously-held beliefs and current believes. Teaching learning, as well as literacy training, is done for the improvement of young learners. These techniques are used in the middle Ages to understand the film or the video representation of the art. "Theorises young people's creative literacy achievements with film and digital media alongside personal affective responses, socio-cultural contexts and practical pedagogical issues"(Cannon, 2018). Engaging with rhetorical performance and phronesis will develop a connection between media crafting, arts education and composition which includes other pedagogies.
