Hence, this will help to attract different types of people for both days. On the second day, the Chef is going to prepare some international cuisines with the essence of the chef special.

4. Constraints

There are some constraints in this two days event that needs to discuss to understand the mistakes. First of all the time management was not set properly as per the previous planning. Therefore, this increased the rush of the crowd on the second evening. Crowd management is very vital and critical in this type of event. Hence, some of the VIP guests are offended by the event and complaint about this. On the other hand, the estimated budget for the event was $10,000 that was provided by the council. It has been learned that based on the objective of an event or project, planning and management of operations need to be formulated. Along with that change requests also need to be documented and revisions of planning need to be formed (Arefazar et al. 2022). However, based on the learning a few recommendations have been contemplated below.
